The Space:
This unique industrial-style loft, nestled in a building shared with a wine lounge, bakery, and other rental units, offers a spacious, fully equipped getaway. With a modern kitchen, cozy living area, convenient washer/dryer, and a lofted bedroom and workspace, it’s designed to provide a comfortable and inviting stay.
- As you step inside, you’ll find the welcoming living room featuring a plush leather couch and a 55" smart TV with Roku, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. To the right, the large garage door fills the room with natural light while fogged panes ensure privacy. A fun new addition to the space is a Golden Tee Golf arcade game!
- Behind the couch, a dining table comfortably seats four, with an additional two stools at the kitchen counter for more seating.
- Moving further in, the updated kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for all your culinary needs. It includes a full-size stove with a glass top range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A Keurig coffee maker, complete with coffee, cream, and sugar, ensures you start each day right. All necessary cookware is also provided, so you’ll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
- Down the hall, you’ll find a convenient washer/dryer combo equipped with detergent pods and dryer sheets for your use.
- Just past the washer/dryer is the bathroom, beautifully renovated with clean white countertops and a tiled shower. You’ll find it fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a hassle-free stay.
- Up the carpeted stairs in the living area, the loft space awaits. At the top of the stairs, to your left, is a work-from-home desk, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected. A partition behind the desk provides a bit of privacy and blocks some light for a more comfortable workspace.
- Behind the desk, you’ll find a cozy king bed with plenty of pillows and extra blankets to ensure restful nights. Although there isn’t a closet, a metal rack with coat hangers and shelving is provided for your clothing and shoes.
- From the loft, you’ll have a beautiful view of the spacious living area, high ceilings, and large garage door that lets in ample natural light, giving the entire space an airy, open feel.
- The loft is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars, placing you right in the heart of local activity. Perfectly situated between downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains via I-70, you’re just a short drive from top attractions. Ball Arena is only 12 minutes away by car, and the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater is a quick 20-minute drive, offering easy access to sporting events, concerts, and more.

Within easy walking distance, you’ll find a cozy breakfast spot, a bicycle shop, and a relaxing spa. Just a bit further along the street, there are numerous bars and restaurants, providing a variety of dining and entertainment options for everyone. Ridge at 38th is the perfect blend of community charm and urban convenience, making it a welcoming hub for locals and visitors alike.
Getting Around:
This unit is located in a lively commercial district, with a bakery and a brunch/wine bar right in the building! You’ll also find several restaurants just a short walk away, offering a variety of dining options. For easy transportation, Lyft and Uber are readily available, and an RTD station is conveniently located right across the street.
Other Things to Note:
This unit offers fully self check-in, with an access code provided for the front door. You’re welcome to park on the street in front of the building or in our parking lot to the left by the flower mural. Although the lot is marked for 2-hour parking, this restriction is not enforced.
