About this property

Renovated ranch style home

  • This home has a 2 car garage w/ door opener and a fenced backyard. There is a partly covered rear deck with a propane barbecue and picnic table. The home is about 15 minutes south of downtown Denver. The light rail station is only a few minutes away for easier access to the Downtown attractions and Coors Field. There is 2 flat screen TVs upstairs and in the unfinished basement is a large TV and a ping pong table.
