Spacious family house in a quiet neighborhood. Sleeps 12 people. Comfortable beds. Indoor Jacuzzi in the basement. Backs to a hiking trail that connects to Cherry Creek Trail. 10 minutes away from Cherry Creek Reservoir, and 20 minutes away from downtown Denver. Cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. Came in for a family wedding. This house was spacious and in a very nice neighborhood with lots of shopping nearby. Nice walking trail right out back. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house was spacious, clean, and just what we needed! It was a place for our of town family to rest and unwind during a busy graduation weekend. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer all our questions/requests. The extra living space in the basement allowed the younger cousins a place to sit and talk away from the older adults and the new baby. We had a great time.

I work away from home a lot. In this case, we were working out of state. This is one of the best houses I have ever rented. Work didn't go according to plan. We had to extend our stay on 2 different occasions and Gene was very helpful in making that as painless as possible. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. This house had everything we needed. We cooked almost every night either in the kitchen or using the BBQ. Gene made us feel right at home. If we ever go back to Denver for work, Gene will be my first call.
