I have never been to Denver before so was unsure of where to stay. Loved this spot which was close to everything. I was a bit concerned about parking due to the other reviews but this was a non issue. Really enjoyed Denver and really enjoy this lovely inn.
My daughter and I had the best time here! The property was safe, clean, decorated so cute, and had all the things we needed. It gave us the very best guidebook for local food, that did not disappoint. We want to come back again soon!
The room was well appointed and was a very quiet - I had the window cracked all night. The building is charming and had many shared amenities. Loved the comfy sitting room as well as the shared dining area with lots of comfy seating. Walking distance from the main retail area with many good eats and some shopping. I’d stay there again. Be aware there are stairs and no elevator.
Room is very nice and so is the overall vibe of the building and common spaces. Good choice of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Would have really liked some plates and silverware in the room, even if disposable.
Bed and linens were great. The room and common areas were comfortable. Even though we parked in a limited parking spot we didn’t get a ticket. The outdoor spaces were good. The cannabis rule seemed a little harsh. The history of Curtis Park Club is interesting. Lovely location. I would recommend others to stay here instead of a regular hotel room.
My husband and I traveled to Colorado for a week and stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect spot for us. The building was so cute and the room was exactly what we needed. We rented a car and found parking easily each day/night. Property manager provides all codes for seamless check in/getting in an out. Complimentary coffee and water. Good central location to everything we wanted to do. Went to a concert at Red Rocks and it was about a 30 minute drive from here. Will definitely recommend to anyone going to Denver and will be back the next time we come to Denver ◡̈

Lovely space and really nice folks.
The property is very nice and the management is quite accommodating. I was there the first week they were operating, and there were a few wrinkles - the room had not been cleaned when I arrived, but management dropped everything and cleaned it right up for me. Otherwise, everything was great! Nice linens, comfortable bed, reasonable walk to Union Station. Location-wise, it's a gentrifying neighborhood with newly constructed apartments. There are some sketchy places nearby, but the property is secure and safe. Would definitely stay there again.
The bedroom/bathroom were perfectly comfortable and private, but what really stands out are the two gorgeous common rooms where one can sit, relax, read, and enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation. Having coffee available was great, but the weekend beer was truly above and beyond. The location of the house is very convenient, especially if you want to explore the many bars and restaurants on Larimer Street. If you are used to city living, parking is fine. Twice we parked around the corner or two blocks away and twice we were right in front. We would definitely come back when next in Denver.
There was no where to hang clothes. The air conditioner tripped a breaker and it was nearly impossible to contact someone to restore. They should have a number displayed for emergencies such as this. The room was near 100.
The room and house was well decorated and very clean. However, our second floor room did not get below 78-79 degrees from noon till midnight; despite the floor-unit air conditioner blasting the whole time. After asking the manager for a solution we were basically told it is what it is. Their only suggestion was to open the windows which would not have helped as it was hotter outside. They were dismissive and not accommodating. Would not go back for this reason alone.
I stayed for a few nights in June 2023 in the Pinky's Palace suite for a business trip.
The Curtis Park Club is situated very close to downtown Denver and is within walking distance to a few good restaurants. The place was quiet and scenic.
The bed was comfortable, and Wi-Fi and hot water were not a problem. The room was very clean and well appointed with a hair dryer, iron, etc.
You do need to go downstairs if you want coffee from the Keurig machine, there is a fridge and microwave in the room though. Pinky's does not have a closet or wardrobe to hang your clothes, so if this is something you need I would book another room.
Parking is challenging around this neighborhood, so you may have to park a block or two away, so be aware of that. Overall I would stay here again, I love the building and the grounds, just a really nice property.
The good - the location was great and allowed for easy walks to the ballpark and Laramie square. I loved the decor and all of the guitars, and the space was very cozy.
The bad - the lower level of the building was ice cold, but the upper level where I stayed was excessively warm. Even with the blinds closed and the in-room AC blasting 24/7, the temp was in the 80s inside for most of the day and evening.
Also, the ironing board was really small and made it difficult to press my clothes before the event.
The ugly - there was a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor in my room. I could see the feet of the people next door when they came and went and the room didn’t feel very private. There was also a lot of light spillage into the room from the hallway at night.
As mentioned in the title, the place would have been fun for vacation but lacked the comforts I was hoping for on a work trip. For the price I think a hotel may have been the better option.
The temperature in this room was 80 to 83 degrees at all times it was so uncomfortable until about 3am when it stated to cool off. This is even with the additional roll around AC unit that they put in the room which was obnoxious and loud. Just prepare yourself for an uncomfortable stay. Door locks or handles did always work. Myself and another guest had trouble getting in the first night, but they knew about a back door and were able to let me in. Sometimes my bedroom handle didn’t work unless you pulled the doorhandle up. Unless you knew about these tricks, you would’ve found yourself locked out.
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and quiet. The facility was great and unique and within walking distance of Coors field and other entertainment. We will stay here again in future.
