Whether you're new to traveling or if this is your fifteenth trip to Denver, this stylish multi-level townhome near the I-25 and Hwy 6 interchange puts you in the perfect spot to experience the best of Colorado. With easy access to the mountains, downtown Denver, Boulder, the Tech Center, and DU, you're just a short drive away from wherever your next adventure takes you.

Inside, this bright and open home is designed for relaxing and recharging. On the entry level, you’ll find a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, plush couch, and a smart TV for chill nights in. The adjacent dining area and kitchen island seating make it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals, while the sleek kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials. A convenient half bath rounds out this floor.

Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite is your own retreat, complete with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, and ensuite bath with a dual vanity and walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom offers flexibility with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo—perfect for guests or extra space.
