The property is located in Thornton, just minutes from Downtown Denver, and 20 minutes from Boulder. Stone Manor comes with an open kitchen, a formal and kitchen Dining areas, 1 Master Bedroom, a guest bedroom with a Queen, and a downstairs fully finished basement that has a full sized bed; 2 full and 2 half baths. All are luxuriously decorated with Red Granite, White Marble and Amber stone slabs and window sills. There are Oak Hardwoods throughout the house. There are two living areas on the main level that come with sumptuous seating arrangements, a library and 90" HDTV with surround sound for great movie and entertainment experience (with Kids channels). The finished basement has stone tile, bar and game room complete with 55" HDTV, full cable, Wi-Fi, and old School Stereo system (we ask that you modestly keep it down in respect to neighbors).There are two back outside decks, one upper and one lower. The property is the last in a Cul de Sac next to a park (with a children's playground if you wish to take them there), and walking trails for guests and dogs alike. The back yard is two tiered, and completely surrounded by Red Maple, Spiral Juniper and Indian Bean trees, with gardens of Russian Sage and a variety of Rose bushes, for an absolutely peaceful environment. The grapevine entwined upper deck has a expandable umbrella and table, along with 2 reclining lounges for tanning and relaxation. A hammock on the lower deck that can be taken into the yard adds to the idyllic peace and quiet. There is a firepit for making smores or just gathering around on cold nights, and a BBQ smoker downstairs for grilling or smoking meats and vegetables.
Loveland Ski Area is only an hour away, Breckenridge just over an hour and a half. Rafting is a bit over 30 minutes. World-class hiking, snowshoeing and camping are as close as half an hour, with beautiful and quaint mountain towns with great food, antique shops and rivers running next to them in Idaho Springs and Georgetown.
Cheyenne Wyoming is an hour away if you wish to go to the worlds largest rodeo.
