Other things to note
★ HEATING ★
- The home has central heating
- Please note, with such an open space in the living room/kitchen area, it can get colder there during the winter time compare to the other rooms in the house. 2 space heaters will be provided to use in those areas if needed.

★ AIR CONDITIONING ★
- The home has a swamp cooler. Main ducts are inside all three bedrooms and hallway. ** We do not have central A/C***

1. This is a smoke free home - please refrain from smoking indoors, in the deck or in the front yard so we can maintain the best quality stay for future guests. You are welcome to enjoy outside in the back yard. Violation of this rule will result in a $500.00 fine.
2. There is a ring camera in the front door. Ring camera records audio and video 24/7 for guest safety purposes. There are NO recording devices other than the device at the front door.
3. Snow removal will be available when there is 3 inches of snow or more in the driveway. There is also a shovel available for guests as needed.
4. No pets allow - violation of this rule will be result in a $200.00 fine
