We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You’ll have access to the entire home. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.

Sleeping arrangements
Three inviting bedrooms offer space for up to five guests. The primary suite features a plush king bed and ample closet space, while a second bedroom includes a queen bed with a top-rated mattress. A cozy twin room provides a quiet spot for rest or reflection, complete with a vintage desk and accent mirror. Each room includes soft linens, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Bathroom
The full bathroom blends charm and comfort with ornate tilework, a walk-in glass shower, and an antique vanity mirror accented by polished brass fixtures. Fresh towels and bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided for your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The bright kitchen is equipped for home-cooked meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics and a dining table for five make shared breakfasts or dinners effortless and relaxed.

Living space

While Denver's public transportation network is dependable, it can't quite match the freedom and convenience of having your own four-wheeled mode of transport. To get the most out of your visit, we recommend making the most of car rental or ride-share services.



Please note that this home shares a driveway and backyard with another house. However, rest assured that the living spaces are completely separate, ensuring a private and enjoyable stay. There is designated parking for two cars on the left side of the driveway. The right side is reserved for residents of the guest house.
