House was excellent. Clean and spacious. Several breweries and restaurants in walking distance and a short 10-15 minutes from downtown Denver neighborhoods like RiNo and LoDo. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver!

The house was wonderful. It was large with plenty of space for everyone. It had been updated really nice. Was a very comfortable place to stay for a few days while visiting Denver. Neighborhood is a little older type neighborhood but quiet and pleasant.

This home is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. It included all of the amenities and appliances needed for an extended stay which made it very enjoyable. Board games and kids dishware were a nice touch that helped accommodate our family with young kiddos. The neighborhood was quaint and nearby to lots of parks, restaurants, and the downtown area. It was also easy to access the mountain region to the west. The owners made a point to check in and ensure we were taken care of. We would definitely return in the future and recommend to others!

Great house and great quiet neighborhood . There were four of us and we were very comfortable. There was plenty of room. Enjoyed being able to walk down the street to a great beer garden restaurant and cook a meal at the house. Communication with owner was great . I would definitely stay here when we came back to Denver !

This home was adorable! Lots of upgrades and very homey. We brought our doggie, and she was very comfortable too! The location was great for what we wanted to do, and John was very responsive to our inquiries. It was such a bonus to have access to the 2-car garage.

We were in Denver for college tours, a concert, and a few hikes. The Gray house was perfect for our group of 4! The house was just as advertised; extremely clean, nicely decorated, and within 15-20 min from everything we did! We would stay here again and would highly recommend it! We loved staying here. We had plenty of room to back a big trailer into the driveway. Very clean and inviting. Quite neighborhood. 5 people stayed comfortably! Dog friendly with a fenced back yard. Easy to access the house and check in. Very clear directions. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Gray house! We were in town for college tours, a concert and hiking. The Gray house was perfect for our family mix (2-18 yo, 79yo and myself). The house was nicely appointed, very clean, exactly as advertised, and 15-20 min away from all of our destinations. I would stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

My oldest daughter is working in Denver for the summer. My husband, other 2 daughters and I wanted to visit her for the weekend. We weren't there for sightseeing, we just wanted to catch up as a family. This house was perfect for us to reconnect. Our favorite part was the table. We loved sitting around it playing games, laughing and enjoying each other's company. We all slept comfortably and had a wonderful time at the house.

Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Free snacks and coffee. Good location and nice neighborhood. Long Sooper grocery and two brewpubs within a 5 minute drive. Sat in the backyard relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Didn’t use the grill or fire pit, both propane.

We stayed here visiting our son who lives in Sloan’s Lake. The place is very clean, well stocked and spacious. The owners are great to work with and very responsive and kind. We had one minor hiccup, not their fault! However, they made it right even though they could not help the situation. We loved this location and could walk to everything which was nice because we did not rent a car this time. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is very safe and nice for walking. You will not be sorry if you book this VRBO!

Excellent property placed in a convenient location for going downtown or traveling out. Safe neighborhood with nice people. We felt extremely safe going out at 6AM or 11PM. We were in town for travel ball and could easily access the highway to get to any complex, a day in Breckinridge or Coors Field. Also check out the zoo! All around John was a fantastic host. His house is well kept, extremely clean and comfortable. The exact definition of a home away from home!

Location of property was perfect and the house overall fit our needs. Communication with property owner was good. During the time we visited it was very hot and the A/C units (there are only 2 in the entire house) really do not cool the bedrooms at night. the box fans in the house helped but you will need to leave the bedroom doors open and draw the cool air in to the bedrooms. this could be awkward depending on who is staying the house. other than that the experience was very good. I would stay again. thank you.
