By the NW corner of Sloan's Lake! 3 bedrooms, including a basement suite that has an additional office / bedroom with queen murphy bed. Pet paradise with xeriscaping / turf and lots of seating to watch them play in the fully-fenced backyard. Ample parking, walk to Rise & Shine for a breakfast sandwich, Joyride brewery for a brew, walk around the lake with a coffee from Sati's, and enjoy being in this sliver of suburbia close to downtown with partial mountain sunset views.
