Welcome to the Bubbly Bungalow! This beautiful, creative home has plenty of space for gathering, entertaining and relaxing. This modern house was renovated only a year ago! The house is located in a most convenient area, minutes from downtown Denver, downtown Golden, and Old Town Arvada. With eclectic shops and restaurants only a five-minute drive away, Old Town Arvada exudes a feeling of peace and relaxation.

Please keep in mind that we, Jeremy and Jo, are not only your hosts, we are also your cleaners and landscapers. Anything you leave behind at the property, we have to deal with before the arrival of our next guests. Please be courteous and mindful during your stay at the Bungalow.

Please be courteous of our neighbors and keep quiet from 11 pm to 8 am.

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house!!!

If you cause any damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, please inform us right away so we can find a reasonable solution. You are expected to pay for any damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.

Snow days - Don`t worry and just relax, we will be there to remove snow, so you can stay safe. Please be extra careful on the side walks and steps.

Linens - Extra linens are available in the closet at the end of the hallway on the main level. Please do not take off duvet covers or remove linens from beds.

TV - Just turn it on and watch your preferred TV programs after you log in. Please make sure to leave the remote control next to the TV at the end of your stay.

Kitchen - If you need any assistance finding kitchen utensils please message us via Airbnb.

Bathroom - Please use the gray wash towels to remove makeup.

Games, puzzles and books - Please ensure all games are put back together and leave them where you find them.

Trash - Please take the trash out to the trash cans located on the north side of the garage. The trash cans are black, and all trash should be placed in one of these two bins prior to checkout.

Recyclables - The blue bin located next to the trash bins is for recyclables. Recyclable items include all plastic bottles and lids, aluminum cans, and cardboard. There is an extensive list of items you may include on the top of the bine itself.If any trash, including thin film plastic shopping bags, ends up in the recycling bin, we, as your hosts and cleaners, have to sort through all items and remove the trash, so…

- leave no trash of any kind in the recycling bin.
- place only recyclable items in the bin. These items cannot be in a plastic bag or any other non-recyclable container. Again, only recyclable items go in the bin.
These items should be emptied of their contents, rinsed and placed in a separate container for holding until you place them in the recycling bin on the day you
checkout.
- If you are not able to commit the time to separate/sort through all recyclables,
DO NOT place them in the recycling bin. Rather, throw the items in the trash.

Porch - The spark igniter for the grill does not work, please use the lighter provided to start the grill, which is in the cabinet next to the oven along with the other grilling accessories. The spark igniter for the fire pit does work. Simply follow the instructions on the inside panel for lighting instructions. Cushions will be put on the shelving in the garage to guard against inclement weather. Please feel free to take them out and use them during your stay.

Propane - We have two extra full propane tanks for you located in the garage. Please message us on Airbnb if you need help swapping out a tank.

Garage - We encourage you to utilize the garage during your stay with us, but you will have to open the garage door from the control next to the back door of the garage, as we do not provide guests with a code to access the garage.

Parking - The bungalow is located in a quiet neighborhood and all of the surrounding homes are owner occupied, so we ask that you be respectful of our neighbors when choosing where to park your vehicles. Please refrain from parking in front of our neighbor’s house directly across the street from the bungalow, and utilize the driveway and the garage first before parking in the street.

Stays Longer than Four Days - If you are staying with us for more than 4 days, we will provide linen service during your stay. This is to ensure we don’t have too much laundry to get done in s short period of time when we have quick turnarounds between guests. There are more than enough linens in the house to accommodate longer stays, but we have provided two linen bags in the laundry room for guests to place all dirty linens and set outside on a pre-arranged day during your stay. Guests who are staying for more than 4 days, we will reach out to you on the Airbnb app to make arrangements for us to pick up dirty linens during your stay. Thanks in advance!!
