Come enjoy this cozy 2B/1bath 980sq-ft basement . Located only 18 minutes from downtown Denver, 20min from Boulder and golden, peaceful place with private access to trails behind the house where you can enjoy the full experience of colorful Colorado .Take time to relax in this quite neighborhood, where you can find restaurants, coffee shops ,attractions and many outdoor activities.

This Scandinavian-meets-Colorado cabin vibe offers a queen bedroom, office, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, dining and living room with a sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi and board games . Shared laundry room for stays more than 2 weeks. Step onto the backyard trail for hiking, biking, and kayaking in this lake community. Your gateway to the colorado great outdoors. Please note is a private entrance on the side of the house .

I live upstairs with my husband and 🐶 you might hear us but we are usually pretty quite. We are happy to host you!

    Perfect Location, Great Stay!

    Natasha is a gracious host who is focused on her guests' comfort and satisfaction. The suite is well equipped for a short or long stay and is located perfectly between Denver and Boulder for easy access to all the fun. We would stay here again when in the area. Thanks Natasha!!

    My wife and I are very happy that we found this very cute and comfortable property. The owner is super friendly and helpful. In a safe residential neighborhood, very quiet at night. Near enough to Boulder and to Denver. We would happily stay here again.

    Wonderful hostess

    Overall we had a great stay. The hostess is so helpful and nice, also a great location for what we were there for. Only a couple downsides… there is a smaller fridge so it makes longer stays more difficult if wanting to get groceries and cook. There is no stove or toaster, only a microwave. I did recommend to the hostess to get a toaster.
