This newly built 2 bedroom ensuite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to several interstates, downtown, and only 12 mins away from DIA. Perfect for 2 groups or families with small children.
The main level has a spacious open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and an attached 1/2 bath. The kitchen is stocked with anything to prepare food as well as complementary coffee and tea. The second floor contains 2 spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom. Enjoy!!!

Very nice place, exactly as advertised. Property manager was quick to reply. Definitely recommend, will look to stay here again next year on our trip to Colorado.

New Years!

We stayed here for New Years. Owner was so nice to let us check in early. Was easy getting in touch with Yomi! Place is really nice and clean. The only thing I would ask for is better pillows. But other than that great place to stay!!

Amazing hosts

For us if was perfect location 15-20 min away from Denver and all the amazing Colorado experiences. House was clean and outfitted just right. Enough room to even have a friend or two stay with. We did not. But you could. Overall experience was great.

Nice new building

Overall the place worked for what we needed. Pros: Newer build so everything was in pretty good shape. Lots of space and worked well with kids. Located near lots of stores, restaurants, coffee shops, parks. Garage parking was nice to have. Laundry was really convenient and easy to use. Quiet neighborhood and very family friendly. Cons: The pool wasn't actually available unless you paid a fee and got a visitor pass, which seemed complicated and a little expensive. Not sure the upstairs was vacuumed thoroughly, there were some spots that could've been cleaner. The front door is not really accessible so you have to go through the garage for the most part. The kitchen stools are extremely lightweight and tippy and don't really work as dining chairs. The air conditioner was really loud from the master bedroom, every time it kicked on I thought an airplane was overhead.

Nice new property

Rental is in a new area, close to everything you need. Property is new, comfortable, clean. Nice to have garage, and there's plenty of space to spread out. We had a little trouble finding it, and then realized we had two different addresses (two numbers transposed). Reached out to owner who did respond as we figured that out and found it. This has been corrected and shouldn't be a problem going forward. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice

Very nice property in a new neighborhood (still under construction). Good location between airport and Denver. My only suggestion to owner, is to invest in more pillows and to let renter know that you will send them instructions at time of check-in. I was expecting instructions one to two days prior and I heard nothing so I was worried that I was not going to have a place to stay. Other than that, house was great and would rent again.
