Welcome to our fully private basement apartment. Guests have a separate entrance through the garage with easy self-check‑in via keypad.

Please note: The apartment is located in the basement of the main home and is accessible via stairs.

Both rooms are very dark when the lights are off, perfect for people who love blackout sleeping conditions. Due to being in a basement, you will hear occasional footsteps and dog footsteps. Sometimes you will hear our voice. We provide a sound machine and earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We love the rainstorm on the sound machine.

Important Notes

• We live upstairs, and you may hear normal household sounds like footsteps and hear voices.
• Our friendly dog may bark when guests arrive and leave. Or when packages come, but he settles quickly. He is sweet. Most dogs bark when they see strangers.
• The basement stays cooler in winter—space heaters are provided, and we can adjust the thermostat if needed. It is important to let us know. It is no bother for us.
• Occasionally, you may see us move bikes through the garage.
