On our first night our toilet stopped up and the microwave did not work, it was reported to the young man on duty and he said he would pass it on to the next shoft being that maintenance was not there, early the next morning we went to the front desk to see what they were going to do and the girl on dity said that no message was passed along to her but she did give us another room.The bed cover was soiled with blood and the noise was terrible late at night. Dont believe the 8.8 rating that they have because it is a rating from 2016.

The face blast of chlorine when you first walk through the lobby door should be your first indication to turn around. The room was damaged and dirty. We tried to brave the pool because thats the one thing my children look forward to, big mistake the we had to leave within 15 minutes. Between the lack of ventilation the heat and the dangerous amounts of chlorine we probably stayed too long even then. To top it off the damage to the hot tub chunks missing lights with exposed wires. DANGEROUS ☠️

We love staying here. This was our 4th time staying in this hotel, it is a mile from our daughter. It is clean and the bed are comfortable. We also enjoy the free breakfast in the morning. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thanks for making our stay so nice.

Great location, but the hotel needs renovation. Dirty, floors, bathroom, fabric couch; cabinet doors improperly hung; and extensive wear and tear. Lobby is in good condition. Hot tub was improperly repaired.
