*Need more space? The adjoining unit is a one bed one bath condo with a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Please reach out and we would be happy to check availability for you.
*No pets allowed
*No parties or loud noise allowed
*Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in any of our units. There will be an additional $500 charge to deodorize the condo. We do not manage the other condos in that specific building so you may smell smoke outside your unit.
*Pool is seasonal ONLY and will be open sometime in May to early September.
*There will be a charge for missing remotes and other items.
*Accidents happen so please let us know so we can replace it and have the condo ready for the next guest.

Boston Commons Efficiency

Property was as advertised. Check-in process was seamless. Unit was very clean. Only issue I had was with the bed which had a very soft mattress. As a tall male with back issues, it wasn't the most ideal bed for me. And the pillows were very hard. But other than that, the location and value was very good.
