The house was perfect for our family get together. It was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for food preparation. The securely fenced yard was a plus for our 2 dogs. Host was friendly and responsive. Would happily stay there again!

The property is well-maintained and has adequate cooking and serving options. The rooms are large and comfortable. The basement and back porch gave us ample space to get alone for a minute occasionally. There was no "guest book." It would have been nice if new guests could share their stories with future guests.

The house was small but perfect. The neighborhood and house instantly reminds you of home, like you are staying at a friend's house. Comfortable, well apportioned, and centrally located so that everything was easy to get to. Trecommended.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have booked. I strongly recommend this property. The property manager (owner as well, perhaps?) was very helpful and polite. The property was lovely. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice furniture. The fenced in back yard was perfect for dogs. Hands down 10 out of 10 experience! Thank you !

We enjoyed every minute in this house. Our kids (3 and 6) loved the posters and the bowling table in the basement. Full access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. Very well stocked and furnished. Owners do a great job communicating amenities and policies, and are available at any time for questions. We’ve stayed at several vrbo properties and have always had good experiences, but this was my favorite so far!

We spent almost an entire week at the Marshall House and really loved it. It was very clean, a very nice home with everything we needed plus. They even had a crock pot! Awesome to come home after a day of hiking to Cuban pork roast in the slow cooker! We really felt at home here! The beds were super comfortable and the yard was perfect for our pooch and the basement felt like a brand new remodel with a great bathroom and game table and darts. We enjoyed every minute here!!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Our older sons enjoyed the downstairs game area with an occasional competition with the old parents. The owners provided everything we needed and what we didn't have we had a convenient Walmart right down the road. The bedrooms were spacious and had a TV in each room. The decor was very nice and modern and the house was exceptionally clean.

We were doing a kitchen remodel at our home and stayed here with our infant and dog. We had to extend twice because our kitchen was late. Great communication and ease to extend twice. Great home if you have a family and a pet.

We were coming for a softball tournament and decided to make it a small family get together. Perfect accommodations and neighborhood with conveniences and parks close by. Check in process was smooth, and property exactly as described. Huge plus to have 3 king beds when 1/2 the guests are 6 ft tall! Our dog, Bubba, also enjoyed his stay and loved being able to sit in back in the mornings and read while he got some energy out.
