2700 square foot large 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with spacious backyard in a quite residential neighborhood. Central location that's only ~10 minutes from downtown Denver, ~25 minutes from Boulder, ~30 minutes from the airport, and ~30 minutes from front range trails.

Equipped with 6 beds, 2 kitchens, 3 showers, ample parking & all essential amenities this home is especially perfect great for large groups.

The space:
This is a large 5 bedroom, with 6 bed and 3 bath duplex that can be rented as an entire home. ** Please note that you must walk outside to access part of the home**

Equipped with 2 full kitchens, 2 living and dining areas, and separate entrances this is the perfect solution for large groups and families who would like some privacy during their stay in Denver.

The home has 1 king sized bed, 3 queen sized beds, 1 full and 1 twin bed to maximize sleeping arrangements for your group. In addition, we provide 2 twin sized air mattresses. ** All bedrooms contain a desk for those remotely working**

Good-sized back yard and deck with plenty of driveway and street parking!

Guest access:
We have remote and code operated access to the home for self entry.

Other things to note:
-As this is a split level home, even with AC, the upstairs bedrooms sometimes get slightly warmer during especially ho days in the summer. We have provided swamp coolers and fans in each room for guest use to minimize this inconvenience.

This home was perfect for our large family. We came to town for a wedding so there was quite a few of us. We appreciated the two separate living spaces. There were plenty of beds for everyone and they even provided air mattresses. They had all kitchen and bathroom amenities needed for our stay. Its in a great location, and the listing is very accurate.
