"ALL the staff were amazing, so very friendly and always helpful. We were greeted each time we passed reception with huge smiles and friendly chatter. Eka, and Wisnu at reception and Bagus in the restaurant were awesome. It was both our birthday during our stay and we received a beautiful birthday song and delicious cake. Property needs to be renovated as it is tired and old."

"Had a great stay, especially with the free upgraded rooms which was a lovely bonus. Pools were excellent and able to get a lounge chair ok. It was hard at times to get service around the pool, but the food was great. Good restaurants outside of the resort along the beach. Cheaper bike hire along the beach too compared to the resort."
