"Only issue is you guys advertise parking. But you don’t have a car park. The discount code that you supplied doesn’t work. So had to pay full price for parking. Had to fork out an additional £45 for parking, which was not in the trip budget so made plans a lot more difficult to execute. Apart from this issue, overall the experience with the hotel was very pleasant"

"Great place to lay your head! Awesome wellness spa you can utilize if you have the time (sadly we did not.) Only thing that can be a bit unpredictable is the parking, but that’s similar to any hotel stay in city centre. Staff were amazing."
