The rooms were very nice, the fenced back yard was great as we have a small dog who spends a lot of time outside. The house was situated in a great part of town, easy to shop & easy to get to the church convention site.

great extended stay during move

We needed a local place to stay with our mostly outside dogs during our recent move. The description and pictures of the house were accurate so our stay went very well. The house was very clean and had attractive yet comfortable decor. The owner was very kind, responsive and made check in and check out very easy. Would recommend for anyone needing a home away from home. Would stay here again or place friends or family here.

Love this house!

Holiday and birthday celebration with our family. We have stayed at several homes in Denison and I must say, this is my favorite! From LA so Cajun cooking a must when we come. Great kitchen supplies. Plenty of room for dining. Beds were super comfortable. Busy neighborhood but very quiet in the home. I hope we will be able to stay again in the future!

Oasis in Dennison

We were looking for a place to meet our kids halfway and this house was the pick. We three generations gathered around the table to play games and the children enjoyed running around the back yard. The deck was an enjoyable place to watch the sunrise. The house may be in the middle of a neighborhood, but there are so many trees in the backyard that it feels a bit secluded.

Girls Weekend

House was very true to listing and well appointed. Made for a comfortable homebase during our stay. Convenient to the places we visited in Denison, Sherman, and Anna. The only improvements I would suggest is adding a few Kleenex boxes for guest use. The other maintenance item would be to try to correct the low water pressure at the sink next to the toilet in the main bathroom. Other than that, it was excellent and would stay there again!

Good Layout

Lots of space for all to spread out. A good "home base" while we were in town for an Austin College water polo tournament. The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups (bedrooms on one side, kitchen/dining on the other, living room and tv/washer/dryer in the middle) so sound doesn't carry. You can be together but also spread out. We kept one car in the garage, also. Thank you for opening your home to us!
