The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC and a double hand-basin on this level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is another room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as an additional room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This level also has a kitchenette with two ceramic glass hob hotplates.
