Very large, cosy, comfortable villa "Rosa", 2 storeys. In the resort 3 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.7 km from the sea, 1.7 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.6 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 3 km, ferry 4.6 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 1.7 km. Sports harbour 2.4 km, surf school 1.7 km, sailing school 1.7 km, tennis 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
