Beautiful, comfortable house "Mareselva". In the district of Montgó, 3 km from the centre of Dénia, in an elevated position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property (fenced), garden 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, shower and WC, patio, arbour, pergola, barbecue. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 1.3 km, bus stop 3.4 km, railway station 3.4 km, ferry 5.2 km, sandy beach 4 km. Det mesta var bra förutom rengöringen på uteplatsen! En grupp med möbler vid utegrillen var inte rengjord. Sen var det väldigt rörigt med nycklar till huset, 2 stora nyckelknippor med nycklar som man inte hade en aning om vart dom gick! Ingen förklaring!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer traumhaften Lage, der Blick auf die ganze Stadt und das Meer ist grandios. WiFi und Klimaanlage haben gut funktioniert. Das Personal im Interhome-Büro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Im großen und ganzen wurden wir leider sehr enttäuscht. Der Service war unverschämt Buchung problematisch und es erfolgte keine Inspektion bei der schlüsselübergabe. Jetzt kann man noch seinen 300€ Kaution hinterher telefonieren! Internet hat die ersten Tage überhaupt nicht funktioniert Kommunikation zum sesshaften interhome miserabel

Outstanding views from bedroom on 2nd floor! Very nice house! We live in Denia and we wanted run away weekend. We found peace in your house and enjoyed a lot! Definitely we will come back again ☺️

Bonne location bien au calme sur les hauteurs de dénia. La vue est superbe et la piscine ainsi que le jardin splendide. Cependant attention la climatisation n est installée que dans une chambre et la je trouve que le site interhome ne l explique pas assez quand on filtre sur les critères climatisatiin. Des ventilateurs sont installés au plafond des autres chambres mais la propreté n était pas au rendez vous... La maison est bien équipée voir même trop donc parfois des meubles grignotent l espace. La cuisine est petite avec des électroménager vieillissant. La télé est en français donc pour nous s était bien même si moins dépaysant. Enfin mais ça ce n est pas de la faute d interhome le moustiques sont au rendez vous... On cherchait le repos et le calm on l a eu mais ces petits bémols peuvent être importants pour d autres occupants...

Villa se trouvant sur les hauteurs de Dénia qui permet d'avoir une vue magnifique, mais qui occasionne parfois d'avoir du vent. La partie de l'étage est entièrement neuve (1 lit double avec SLB + clim), mais dont l'accès ne se fait que par l'extérieur. Le RDC est en partie rénové (salon/SAM), par contre la cuisine est petite avec un frigo qui demande à être changé. Ensuite vous trouverez deux chambres avec une SLB. le bémol est qu'il n'y a pas la clim dans les chambres uniquement des ventilateurs plafond. La piscine est nickel, vous profiterez de 2 terrasses (1 coté salon et 1 pas très loin de la piscine coté BBQ). Globalement nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, la clim au rdc serait un plus.
