The Space:
Apartment nearby the beach with sea views and community pool. A very nice and cozy apartment with very good furniture.
Magnificent pool with beautiful mediterranean landscaped garden - very well maintained. The installation is completely closed, parking lot is available.
High-speed internet for the tenants available.
For the winter-month they have an electrical marble heating.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and has a very nice, large roof terrace with sea views and view to the pool.

There is a living room (with air-condition) with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
In the living room there is a sofa bed, which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The distance to the sandy beach is only about 200 m. Also shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The village center is 1 km away.

Bel appartement, confortable et bien équipé

L'appartement est bien situé tout près de la plage, et la piscine est sympa. La vue de la terrasse sur la mer est vraiment TOP. L'appartement est très bien équipé et le wifi et l'ai conditionné ont été grandement appréciés. Si je devais noté un petit point faible, il faudrait juste changer la description de l'annonce et bien stipulé que le ménage n'est pas une option mais une obligation pour cette location. S'ajoutent les frais supplémentaires pour les serviettes/draps et la remise des clefs obligatoires compter 170 euros supplémentaires sur le prix de la location. Cependant, je ne regrette pas mon choix car nous avons passer un très bon séjour.

Muchisima tranquilidad y paz. Hemos disfrutado y descansado. Solo hemos echado de menos 1 microondas, y los armarios mas vacios, que estaban con mucha ropa de los dueños. El resto todo estupendo

Appartement très agréable

L’appartement est très agréable surtout la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer et le port. Il est très bien placé car il est très proche de la plage. On peut également accéder au centre ville facilement. Il est bien équipé sauf qu’il n’y a ni four ni micro onde, ce qui n’est pas très pratique avec des enfants. Le frigo est très petit. Le reste des équipements est parfait.

Parfait!

L’appartement, en plus de se trouver dans une superbe résidence, est proche de la mer et des commodités, sans avoir le brouhaha de la ville. L’accueil a été parfait et l’appartement très propre et refait à neuf. Un excellent séjour qui restera mémorable… PS: la climatisation a sauvé nos nuits…

Super séjour comme à chaque fois

L’appartement est top, vu mer et une super terrasse. La piscine de la résidence est propre et sans restrictions d’horaires. Nous avions déjà séjourné chez Gislinde en 2019 et encore une fois tout s’est très bien passé. La cuisine est neuve ainsi que la salle de bain.

Alojamiento bien situado con vistas fantasticas desde la terraza. Cerca de playa de arena (5 minutos). Trato fantastico. Mobiliario completo. Como pega la nevera es tipo hotel por lo que es pequeña. Recomendable!

Vue sur mer et proche de la Marina

Super appartement, bien aménagé, fonctionnel. La résidence est calme, parfait pour un couple avec enfants. La piscine est propre et il n’y a pas de restriction sur les horaires. La literie est bien. La vue sur mer est plaisante et l’appartement est bien placé, un peu de marche pour aller au centre mais plus pratique que de payer des parkings hors de prix. Dénia est une ville qui s’est énormément développée. Petit bémol, il n’y a pas de micro-onde, pas pratique avec un bébé. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y retournerons sûrement

Gemütliche Wohnung mit gepflegter Poolanlage

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder von jeweils 11 Jahren) für etwas mehr als zwei Wochen im Juli 2019 in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allen Dingen, die man für den Strandurlaub braucht (Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Strandspielzeug für Kinder, Lesestoff). Auch von den Küchenutensilien ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Es fehlen - wie uns gesagt wurde wegen zusätzlichen Belastung der Stromspannung - Backofen und Mikrowelle, wobei wir gut ohne auskamen. Herd und Kühlschrank funktionierten tiptop. Die Betten machten zwar einen etwas unsoliden Eindruck, trotzdem haben wir darin für "Ferienverhältnisse" sehr gut geschlafen. Platz in den beiden Schlafzimmern eher begrenzt. Schöne Terrasse und vor allem ein wunderbarer Pool (Wasser so warm wie in der Badewanne). Es gibt mehrere Restaurants (sehr empfehlenswert: indisch-nepalesische Küche im Restaurant Buddha Castle), einen Beachshop und einen Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Derjenige mit dem besseren (frischeren) Serrano-Brot ist etwas weiter entfernt (Troya Supermarkt, ca 7 min zu Fuss). Kleiner Sandstrand in 2 min. zu Fuss erreichbar, relativ sauber, aber klein und der Sand ist nicht so schön. Generell ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Gerne wieder (wenn wir dürfen).

Bel appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé 15j 2 adultes 2 enfants L’appartement est très bien équipé et est très bien situé, piscine propre et calme. De la terrasse on aperçoit la mer et la piscine. Chaque repas nous avons pu déjeuner à l’exterieur. La climatisation est un plus par contre la literie n’était pas à notre convenance . Marita est très disponible en cas de problème.
