Large, sunny terrace with beautiful views of the sea and with awning. Garage. Community pool for adults and children open all year. Very well-kept garden. Direct access to the fine sand beach. Very quiet and family area. Very nice beach and ideal to go with children. All services nearby: restaurants, supermarkets. Located on the famous beach of Las Marinas very close to Denia.
