"View was amazing! Nice clean comfortable rooms! Dining was delicious 👍! Maybe improve the road coming into the property (potholes) and add more parking for guests."
"I wish I had looked up this place sooner in my itinerary! I was not aware that the cruise line also had a hotel line and this place was by far one of the best stays in AK. Not only is it a convenient location with amazing convenience to get to the parks, but it is also a village in itself with lots of shopping and dining options. Although we did have an issue at one of their restaurants with their waiter, overall the stay was great. The rooms are clean and the staff was helpful with planning a day at Denali and transportation. They offer shuttles to and from the park and they even picked up our luggage at the train depot so we could head directly to the park. The luggage was delivered to our room so we didn't have to worry about it at all and everything was very professional (except for the waiter). All in all, I would recommend this stay but figured it was best for a weekend stay than one night. The location is also surrounded by other lodges and walkable distance to other shopping and dining areas across the street. During cruise check in and check out times, the lobby can get a bit crazy but somehow they still manage to organize the crowd accordingly so those taking a tour can also find their correct bus. I would stay here again. Definitely left a positive impression. "
"Cabins were nice.Weather was a little rainy while we were there so we did not use the outside facilities much. We lost power for a few hours one morning which means no water, lights, and cafe could not operate. I heard that short periods of power outage are not uncommon.
Cafe was very good but very busy and had long waits to get a table."
"Perfect for our group. We had one studio rental with a kitchen and another with 2 queen beds so we could have breakfast together and plan the day. Only complaint is that shower floors were extremely slick with no mat. "

10/10 Excellent
"This cabin was exactly as advertised and we loved staying there. There were 4 adults that stayed comfortably. We had everything we needed from laundry to kitchen set up. Being on the airport runway was fun as well"
