"The hotel was in a great spot with fantastic water views but quite out of the way and far from the center. When we booked it came under 4 & 5 Stars but their staff said that it's only 3.5. There is no phone or a fridgne in the room and no comlpementary water but breakfast was very good. The staff were all excellent and did their best to accomodate us."
"Spent one night here about a month ago, wanted to come back to the lovely city of Utrecht again. Not overly impressed with The Moxy this time around.
Highlights:
10 euro early check in fee per room? In 30 years of traveling I’ve never encountered this. We were less than 1 hour early, and by the time all of our passports had been checked (we aren’t crossing the Belarusian border, we’re only trying to check into a hotel) it was more like… half an hour.
