This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, beautifully decorated townhouse-style condo is a great place for 4! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1- king-sized bed and 1 full bath, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood NOT provided), and a small balcony overlooking the common area. The 2nd floor features a loft master bedroom with 1 full-sized bed, 1 full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is available at the cabin and is provided FREE OF CHARGE for guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the satellite system fails to function correctly.

** This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions and are well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
