IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our
Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-
in.
** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline
community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse,
tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not
attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which
our Guests are responsible.
Snowline Cabin #69 - An Elegant Country Family Home
This upscale 3-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bath country home includes many upscale
features! The first floor features ceramic tile flooring, a gear storage area,
a foosball table, and a comfy couch for relaxing after a fun day on the
mountain. Ascending the staircase to the main floor reveals a gourmet kitchen
with new appliances, including a dishwasher, plenty of counter space with
granite counter tops, and a prep island work station. The open dining/living
areas are adjacent, and feature a dining table with bench seating, a sectional
sofa, a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a covered walk-out balcony
with a territorial view...perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage.
There's also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen
sized bed, a newly remodeled 3/4-bath, a laundry cubby with a full sized
washer/dryer, and a side entrance that accesses a large platform deck with a
gas grill, a large picnic table, and a covered outdoor HOT TUB! Ascending the
staircase from the main floor to the top floor reveals a small landing, a
sitting area/study, a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a master bedroom
with 1-king sized bed, and 1-full bath. This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored
family vacation property will sleep up to 8 people (ENFORCED Maximum
Occupancy!)
**Automatic generator installed in case of power outage - Powers lighting,
outlets, and refrigerator**
HOT TUB / WI-FI / NO PETS / NO SMOKING
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: It should be noted that, while this property is not
pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are
particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement
and reserve accordingly.
Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest,
close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area
rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests
enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,
backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,
whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and
golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,
snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your
camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for
Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as
the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures
are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation
refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this
regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate
eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written
Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private
residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring
homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them
at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They
should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in
advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests
seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via
a different provider.
