"this is a very secluded beautiful place for a nice getaway. Lake is very close less than a minute walk Hot tub,Sauna,darts cornhole fire pit the place was clean and had everything we needed"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was peaceful and relaxing, and the cottage was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and sunrises on the deck.A couple of things could use some attention. The bed was very squeaky and the frame felt a little unstable, and the deck furniture was uncomfortable and seemed a bit worn. We also agree with other guests that the hot tub isn’t quite as secluded as the listing suggests.Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and would definitely recommend this cottage for a relaxing Shenandoah Valley getaway!"
Farmhouse in the South Branch River Valley with idyllic views and country charm

"Nellies farm house in Romney WV is a peaceful retreat in an idyllic country setting. On the drive in you can appreciate the beautiful mountains and farmland, and the view from the house is an expansive visa of the whole valley. The house is the perfect blend of modern convenience, and country charm. It was roomy, well stocked, and very clean. There was even a record player with vintage vinyl. There is an elevated rear porch with great views and a hot tub on the patio below. We enjoyed the views of antique barns from various large windows in the house and had a fun time seeing the cows graze in the field below. The hosts were accommodating and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning again in the future."

"What a beautiful and peaceful getaway! The cabin is tucked away in such a secluded and quiet area, making it the perfect place to reset your mind and body and simply enjoy nature. The views are absolutely breathtaking—from watching the sunrise and sunset to stargazing at night.The cabin itself is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Everything about our stay felt relaxing and special. We truly loved our time here and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back."
