Savings Galore 3 Bedroom 2 bath . Most Affordable Full House in Central Delray

This home is nice and clean with a new Deck for grilling in a quiet safe suburban neighborhood. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths baths with dining area, two desks for working and and full kitchen with are basic amenities. Tastefully decorated and furnished with new area carpets and fenced back yard and garage. Great for short stays, corporate housing or Traveling nurses.

This home is a super bargain for those that need a longer term stay without the high Delray Beach Prices.

Owner lives nearby and can take care of any unforeseen problems.
Great location for getting on either I95 or the Turnpike.

I have another smaller property in Delray Beach with great reviews that is higher priced due to location.

Thomas was the BEST BEST BEST host anyone can ask for. We had an issue with our flights and rental car but Thomas came to the rescue. He trusted us as strangers and allowed us to borrow his car for our clinical rotations. What a guy!!! We arrived to a beautiful home with ZERO issues and a few welcome snacks and goodies in the fridge! I hope to stay here again and again. Thomas was so accommodating and recommended some great local food.
Stayed 17 nights in Dec 2024
