- Light and bright, this small 3 bedroom, cottage was built in 1940, on a corner lot, with driveway parking for 2 cars, only 1/4 mile from downtown restaurants, unique coffee shops, antique stores and bars/night life, access either by walking or Uber, or free trolley. only 1 mile from beautiful beaches, house is in a safe area - 2 blocks from the Delray police department, cruisers pass every 15 minutes. Keyless entry, WiFi, security system, full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. Please note: Air fryers and hot plates are not permitted, as they can damage the electrical system.
