"The absolute best location we have found to date for visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live in the Madison area. We’ve stayed at several places in and around Madison and this place is the best. Short drive to downtown and to Madison. Very quiet setting. No bright lights shining through the windows. No traffic. Husband enjoyed fishing in the pond every day. House was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have an issue with the bathroom being on a separate floor from the bedrooms. The only negative would be that the covered carport is the only place to sit outside and you have to walk to it. We got wet as it was raining during our stay. It would be great to have a more convenient sitting area to enjoy such a peaceful and scenic location. Hosts were great. We will return. "

"The cabin was perfect!! The location was even better. Very close to town, but you would never know it. We spent most of our time outside on the front porch, so we could enjoy the river. Will be going back."

"What a wonderful property! Everything you are looking for! Ĺove the location! The cabin and views are just beautiful! My friend caught 2 fish early morning fishing. Everything you need is stocked in the cabin. Just show up and enjoy! Host so very nice and easy to communicate with. Already considering a trip back in the fall!"
