"Enjoyed the property - The bathroom needs updated - "Bigger shower!" The steps into the house also need to be upgraded - I have a bad ankle and was hard to go up the stairs with a "walking boot" on. - Otherwise... I LOVED THE PLACE"

"4th time staying at this property…that should say a lot. Clean, quiet (except for a passing train on the other side of the river), great fishing (even from the platform extending over the river!), well stocked, and just a great place to stay. 5 beds in individual rooms make it ideal for a larger group. On property management that you won’t know is there unless you need help. Outstanding experience from every angle. Highly recommend."

"We love staying here. If you’re looking for something within call distance to Barrett it checks all of the boxes. It’s very clean, water pressure/temp are good, there are 3 bedrooms with both hard and soft mattresses. Kitchen is well equipped, laundry is great and central air works very well. The only thing I would’ve liked is a dishwasher."

"First of all, this was a cozy stay! I had everything I needed. A very comfortable bed, ability to cook food, quiet and privacy. Directions were very easy to get to the property, and I appreciated the info to shop in Dillon prior to arriving. Lima is pretty remote but quaint and beautiful. Megan is excellent with communication and is quick to answer questions to ensure a great stay! The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly excellent! I loved hearing the train roar by occasionally and this properly was a short 8 minute drive to see my grandchildren (the reason for my stay). There was a rainbow over Lima and I was able to see some antelope during my stay as well! I will be booking again as I do come out to see my family a couple times a year. Thank you for sharing your property with me!"
