"The room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff I met were lovely and helpful. There were some on site construction works happening, and I thought perhaps for the drilling to start before 9 in the morning was a little bit disruptive to guests."

Upon arrival, the room was significantly smaller than advertised and lacked adequate sleeping arrangements for 5 people. The layout was cramped and impractical for a group stay. The property was also not clean at check-in, which was concerning. In addition, there were safety issues, including poor lighting in the open/walking areas, making it unsafe to navigate at night. Accessibility was another issue. One member of our party has a medical condition affecting mobility, and the property’s layout and lack of accommodations made it unsafe and not conducive for guests with physical limitations. I contacted Hotels.com immediately upon arrival to report these issues and request cancellation. The property refused a refund, and we were forced to stay one night out of necessity before securing alternative accommodations the next day. This property may work for fewer guests with low expectations, but it is misleadingly advertised and not appropriate for groups, guests with accessibility needs, or anyone prioritizing cleanliness and safety. "

Paired with exceptional service and panoramic views of the sea, it became a holiday dinner we will never forget. Our room was an absolute masterpiece. The blend of vintage furniture with modern bathroom finishes—and the warmth of the fireplaces—created a uniquely cozy and elegant atmosphere, especially fitting for Christmas Eve. We stayed in a two‑floor family suite, ideal for families with children, and the balcony overlooking the sea offered a view that felt like a dream. Château Eza is a magical place that transports you to what feels like a medieval village, wrapped in luxury, warmth, and unforgettable charm. Our stay was truly enchanting, and we cannot recommend it highly enough"

"Amazing place"

"The location and room were perfect. Comfortable bed, plenty of space even in the “studio”. Kitchen was convenient, especially with the casino grocery 5 min away. Convenient to everything. Only real complaint is that the reception was literally never open. At the times scheduled there was a sign saying it was “exceptionally “ closed. We could have used some help a couple of times. Why post hours if you are going to ignore them?"
