"Overall the place was nice and conveniently located outside downtown. Located on a very busy street and the grounds of the property needed some attention. The towels were left in the dryer and not enough of them. Still was a nice place to stay."

"Spent three nights in early May 2024 in this new house located in a quiet community of new homes. Pristine condition and perfect size for our party of four, in town for a funeral. Within a two mile radius of Lafayette’s main thoroughfares like Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, and Johnston street. We ventured out to nearby restaurants for local delicacies: Lagneaux king of seafood- for crawfish boil, and Don’s seafood- for Gumbo. Some in my party reported scarce toiletries ( Towels, washcloths, etc…)...

"We LOVED the quaintness of a 19th century home and the location was great for area activities/meals. The house is better stocked than any other I’ve rented before. Especially waking up the first morning and there were coffee products available!! Score = Perfect 10!! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for several more guests. "As advertised. Comfortable with plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice addition. It was a little chilly to swim but we had a picnic lunch on the deck. Our daughter and her kids were staying at a nearby RV park and came over several times. Only negative was the playhouse that was in poor condition and maybe a bit unsafe. I would recommend fixing or removing it."
