"I was in the area for a family wedding. The church was down the street so we could have walked! The receptionist at The Marx was absolutely wonderful and friendly! Same in the morning! I met an employee in the elevator who was very helpful and friendly. She even took my key to return it.I will definitely stay at The Marx again! I highly recommend it! Thank you!"

"My husband and I spent a 4 days and 3 nights at this lovely home. We spent every morning and night relaxing on the deck. The view is amazing. As city folks, it is not often we get to see animals in their natural habitats. It was precious. The home is beautifully decorated and curated with a modern day mid-century vibe. Great vintage pieces. The bed was very comfortable. The house is super clean. The people in Margretville were very nice. We are planning to come back again. If we could 5+ stars we would. "

"2-night simple stay with family ranging in age from 11 to 82. Everybody had a lovely time. Everything is easy, clean and ready. Angela is wonderful and responsive, giving us the heads up on everything we needed to know. Can’t say enough good stuff. House and grounds are exactly as pictured. Riverfront is magical. Exceeded expectations!"
