Gather in the living areas for easy downtime and step out to the backyard garden for fresh air between outings. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll have a smart TV in the primary bedroom for movie nights and quiet mornings. Need to catch up on emails? Set up at the dedicated workspace in Bedroom 3. A washer/dryer is provided to keep your crew ready for the next adventure.



You’ll also enjoy community access to an outdoor swimming pool—perfect for a sunny Austin day—and plenty of on-site parking with a 2-car garage plus a 2-car driveway.

Very nice, new modern house

This was a great place to stay, very conveniently located to COTA. The kitchen was well stocked, which was nice since we like to do most of our own cooking. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher was broken. The property manager got a repairman out to work on it, but unfortunately it required parts that had to be ordered. Other than that, this was a very nice place to stay!
