"I booked a king room with you! When I got there they said a queen room showed up! That’s not what I booked !"

"The breakfast was nice. The room carpet is very dirty and sticky. The hallway had not been vacuumed either. There were broken tortilla chips right in front of our door. The carpets definitely need a good shampooing. Other areas in the room were clean, counters, bathroom, inside refrigerator. The bedding was clean and the mattresses were comfortable."

"The first room we were put in was stinky, stains everywhere--on the floor, on the cloth covered bench, the bedspreads, the bedsheets. Horrible. We asked to change rooms, and it was better in the bedroom, but the bathroom was semi dirty. We survived the night, but will NEVER stay here again."

"We loved our stay at the General Morgan Inn. We came in on a Sunday and we were one of a few guests in the hotel that evening, which was kind of nice. I will say, nothing was open in the hotel that night, so we didn't get to enjoy anything besides our room and breakfast the next morning. We did enjoy walking up to the outdoor patio in the evening and just standing around looking at the view of the city. Would 100% recommend this place! "
