"The rooms were clean and well appointed. Our connecting door was stuck, but the staff immediately fixed that. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, etc. We did find the AC a bit too loud at night, which made sleeping difficult. They were short-stafffed at breakfast, which led to there not being enough of the breakfast items available. That was a bit disappointing, especially for the kids."
"Easy check in process, clean and spacious room, great water pressure, could have had better pillows, and the A/C unit is a little confusing to understand but it works great once set. Fridge kept food and drinks cold and even refrozen ice packs in the top. Overall great stay!"
"Everyone was extr kind helpful and very friendly the staff helped me being partly disabled out and made me feel like I was in a whole different town from the one I live in ev if just on the other side of town it felt like home and very welcoming.
I definitely recommend if your looking for a place that feels like home away from home.
I was not ready to leave when I had to come back across town. And the prices for the rooms are a great deal also."

"This was the perfect place for an adventurous getaway. The place was clean, comfortable and VERY well furnished. The hot tub on the porch was a great way to unwind and relax after a long day of hiking the beautiful trails of the Smokey Mountain or after a session fun in the playroom upstairs. It was a great escape and an amazing opportunity to connect with each other in new and memorable ways. We plan to visit again."
