"Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure. "This hotel is amazing. The location was very suitable for me as everything was 10 to 15 minutes away. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The generosity and kindness of the staff is unmatched. They give fruits and complimentary nescafe and tea. We also needed something from the market, they went and got it for us. Amazing customer service, I will definitely stay there again."
