"The villa was super clean and well equipped, lots of activity to do and the beach was 20 minutes walk from the grounds. Everything looks just like the pictures on the site and nothing out of place. With Skagen 15 minutes away via car there are lots of eateries there if you don’t feel like cooking yourself of eating at restaurants onsite. Remember to check what is provided and what you need to bring yourself."

"Honest to goodness seemingly effortless Scandi design that pays homage to the era in which the building was built. Why rebuild a 1960's building when all you need to do is maintain it and stay true to the its original function and design. Can't get any higher eco credentials than that."

"I do not recommend booking through Hotels.com if you need flexibility with your reservation. Not helpful when I needed to make a change. However, The Reef Hotel provided excellent service"

"Great Breakfast, Quiet, Confortable and Clean Danish Hotel. Rooms are not to big for American standard but is Ok. "

"The hotel is located 5 minutes drive away from the ferry terminal, which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Our stay was pleasant overall. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but you can get complimentary tea and a decent coffee at reception, but they close at 9pm. Breakfast was average, with one or two hot food options - hard boiled eggs and omelet. Given the same requirements i would stay there again."

"Good location. Close to beaches and to Skagen. Good playground and good toilet/shower facilities. The basic hut is run down and beds very small and they get hot in the summer. "
