"The Hotel 1212 cancelled our stay only hours before we showed up 700 km away from home. Something about double booking.¿ (We had booked over a month in advance) Received a call from Carlos from Expedia at 12:30 a.m., morning of departure, anouncing us Hotel 1212 would not honor our stay anymore. Good thing we were booked through Expedia, they went out of their way to relocate us to a 5 star accommodation, minutes before we left that morning... 30 minute long phone call worth every minute.....

"The hotel owner Abhinav was so pleasant, he personally made sure we had the best experience even though we were there at 4:30am. The property was so peaceful, it had a river flow through it with beautiful seating arrangement"

"We pulled up to the motel and thought it was an abandoned property.. the bed had stains the walls had drywall repair all over it u couldn't open the closet..the pictures on the internet were false! There were flowers on the property as the the photos showed however there was a huge pile of furniture outback! Would never stay there again or recommend."
