"We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets. Patrice took much of his time for us during our stay. During one of the days, he super kindly showed us the proximity, their horses, and the plants around. The kids got attached to our hosts and their animals, including their dogs Luna and Chimpa. They have great patience and large emotional containers. We got excellent recommendations for the surroundings even though the weather was hot and tough. The place is very clean, extremely well entertained and although the kitchen is small, we made very nice meals. There are excellent Tefal pans and there is everything that is needed. There is much to learn from these happy, calm, kind, and modest people. The kids were very sad to leave and mentioned they were missing this home, hosts, and animals. We had a great experience and would love to come back again one day."

"We travel from Canada and booked based on online reviews we were so pleasantly surprised with not only the Villa but also the area. It was just perfect for families. Specially, with young children we were able to travel around and know that we were coming back to a big beautiful, clean Villa with lovely surrounding farm and garden’s, and then outdoor pool. Girard and Catherine were very helpful when we needed anything they were there to help or answer any questions Setting up our stay we needed a lot of communication back and forward to ensure everything was in place for the kids and Catherine provided very timely, clear communication. We were very thankful about that. The only small thing was that there was no air conditioning in the particular villa we were in we did know that before renting it however, what we didn’t expect, was super Duper heat wave, which made it a bit difficult, especially with young children however, again, Catherine and Girard went out of their way to help and brought us fans which made a big difference to cool things down Highly recommend this villa and the area in general we had a brilliant family holiday. We hope to be back."
