Stayed at a lodge room overnight. Excellent value for money. Our room and bathroom were clean. Check in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable; it was so comfy that it heavily influenced our decision to sleep in rather than get back on the road early morning. I would definitely stay again!

Very clean spacious room, well appointed. Comfy bed. Great selection of tea and coffee. A nice bonus was the nightly bbq on the grounds so you didn’t have to drive to a restaurant unless you wanted something different.

Nice property close to smokehouse. And close to the harbor for kayaking or any other boating. Nice big property to wander around. The locks were quite ingenious with your key code to your telephone number.

We had a lovely stay @ Deer Harbor Inn. Debbie was the perfect host, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The property is lovely, and the location is great. I would highly recommend Deer Harbor Inn, and we would definitely return should we have the luck to return to Orcas.

Loved the art in our room! You must know Nancy Spaulding to have 5 prints in this room. Very nice work. Also please relabel the hot and cold faucet, as they are backwards and it was confusing. Hot water was good. Room comfortable and extra room outside appreciated.

Nice place.

It’s expensive but a quiet little place cottages are more expensive but it’s peaceful and right next door to a nice smokehouse and bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

So cozy, & so beautiful! Wonderful amenities, like toiletries, coffee/tea, makeup towel. Lots of outlets, comfortable bed, soft pillows, & warm blankets! Great view, gorgeous property. The room & buildings are stylish— traditional, but elegant. Perfect islands style look & feel. Booking & checking in was easy, & simple! Had a great bath, & was particularly thankful for the fan, as i enjoy the circulating air, & white noise. Would very happily come back to stay here again. Thanks so much for having me!

Short walk to the marina. Nice and quiet. Room was perfect. All amenities on tap and ready to go. Ice was full and ready for beverage arrivals. Not one thing to complain about and many to praise. Will definitely stay here again.

Would love to stay there again.

I am very pleased with my stay at Deer Harbor Inn. It’s charming, rustic, and very peaceful. I stayed in the main lodge, room 1 with 2 two twin beds. Here’s what I appreciated about the place. • The room is well appointed with coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer and plenty of towels. Nice toiletries too! • WiFi is also good. • Check in was easy as they send you a code in an email 24 hrs beforehand • Foyer has microwave and icemaker with cups and extras for your coffee bar. • Matthew’s Smokehouse and Island Pie Pizza are just a stroll away. • Super comfortable mattresses • While not the fanciest place it was extremely clean

At check-in we never gmet a human being or got a response to our text message asking whether we could check in. The room was pleasant and had a nice view of the water. Based on the listing we thought the restaurant next door offered breakfast, but it does not, so we had to drive a ways to eat breakfast.

Late notification of how important it is to reserve ferry ride several days in advance, hard to find room if you arrive at night as it is poorly lit and lacking in lit up signage. Room was very clean but it is old and small but it was quite clean. We passed on the restaurant on the propert after seeing the sweaty chef in the kitchen. The property has potential even though it’s old but we are accustomed to places a bit better maintained. Orcas Island is about enjoying the great Northwest and we still had a good time.
