"The cottage was ideally situated for a Cotswolds vacation, and the village of Blockley was very cute and non-touristy, with a nice pub and cafe. "A beautiful, well appointed 17th century cottage, just what I wanted. However, because of its age, there were a number of trip hazzards for we 75yr + guests and one serious drop for the unaware. However, once over jet lag and used to its quirks, the cottage was superb. The VRBO website indicated the house was at Moreton on Marsh (think flat land) but was actually Bourton on Hill, so a car is absolutely necessary. Overall, a wonderful holiday."

"We celebrated my husbands birthday here with our two adult children, their partners and our two dogs.The cottage was cozy warm, well equipped and immaculately clean. The host had left milk and cake for our arrival which was a nice touch. The log burner was a highlight which we enjoyed playing cards infront of each evening. "Location location location. That coupled with a very well appointed accommodation. Do not pass this one by. Easily one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, everything you would need and some. Central to the Cotswold’s and all it has to offer."

"Property was perfect for our small family for a short getaway. Well stocked with kitchenware and a very nice welcoming bottle of wine from the property owner. Really cute animal pictures and decor. Pretty garden in the backyard. Loved the village as well, and especially the children's park a short walk from the property. Diddly Squat Farm Shop was a lovely 35 min walk through the countryside. Property manager was responsive and very helpful with any questions."

Everything was faultless and flawless and special mention should be drawn to the caring and considerate welcome we received from Jane (the owner) and her staff.
