"I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach ."

The house is a little bit dated, but this is not really a problem, except for the ceiling that seems to have water ingress and is disintegrating. Wcpapier/Haushaltspapier/Servietten/ Putzmittel/ Abwaschmittel/Duschmittel/ Waschmaschine u Waschpulver. Genügend Möglichkeiten zum Wäsche aufhängen. Ausserdem hat es einen Trockner. Die Küche dürfte besser ausgestattet sein. Das Haus liegt abseits und man braucht ein Auto. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir können das gut weiterempfehlen."

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them.
