"This is not an all-inclusive resort, it is semi-inclusive. You are limited to two restaurants although there are seven of them and once you use up your reservations you must eat at the buffet restaurant. Further, room service is not included (unless you count the water and few cans of soft drinks that they may refill daily). "Overall this property and the staff were beautiful and amazing. I did have a few issues 1.My room pool wasn't cleaned everyday (leaves and wind debris. 2. I went out two days all day and my room wasn't cleaned when I returned 3. The minibar attendant and the maids would come in the room anytime without waiting for me to say come in. I never experienced this in a hotel before. 4. There was a extra charge of 15 Euros a day at check out. for what? Even with these 4 issues I would stay...
