"What a fantastic, exquisite, immaculate and charming Ranch House! We loved our stay. Sheila was a wonderful host, and the place was lovely. Bed was comfy, friendly cows for neighbors added to the unique and gorgeous view. A perfect Aggie football weekend getaway!"
Hilltop Cabin Sunset Views at The Farm on a Hill

"We had a wonderful stay at the little cabin in Caldwell. We booked at the last minute while we were in town for a family funeral, and it was such a convenient place for us and our two dogs—especially with hotel prices up because of the game in Bryan–College Station. The cabin was comfortable and very accommodating for our dogs. We were a little unsure at first about privacy because the cabin is close to the owners’ home, but there was no issue at all. They respected our space, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated not having a long list of checkout chores. We only wish we’d had more time to enjoy the property and watch the sunset! One small suggestion would be to add a place to hang clothes and another mirror outside the bathroom. We had nice clothes for the funeral and could have used somewhere to hang them, and an extra mirror would make it easier for two people to get ready at once. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d happily stay here again if we’re back in Caldwell. Five stars!"

Charming cabin in delightful Brenham with Luxury Amenities

"The property was easy to find and not too far from all the places we were in town to visit. It was decorated very nicely, and all the amenities were very thoughtful. It took us a while to figure out how to adjust the temperature on the AC units, but we eventually figured it out. The hot tub was running and warm when we got there and we were able to turn the heat up with no problem and it was so nice to get into it after a long day to relax. The bedroom closet is huge and even had a dresser in it to set our bags on. The next-door property had goats, so it was fun to sit on the deck and listen to them when I had my morning coffee. Very nice Starbucks coffee pods are provided but if you want creamer be sure to bring your own. We come to Brenham a few times a year and hope to retire to this area, and this was a lovely place to spend the weekend."
